hmmm its been a while since i have blogged,,, simply becausei just dont have anything intersting to write about. After a long Chrismas break (5 weeks!) im back at uni and already Semester 2 workload has started! To be honest i couldnt wait to go back to uni theres only enough house chores one can do!

Anyways the next big event in my life is the Eid Womens Ball lol wehn i say its a' eid' evryones like isnt little bit late tp be calling it a Eid Ball, well the reason its been postpnd due to the ugly time that comes for most students..Exams 'shudder' ugh im such a stress ball aroudn this time its a heavens gift that this Ball has been organised! Back to this Ball ive been busy thinking of what to wear and buying things! On the posters it said 'dress to impress' my firend goes disapponitedly 'impressing who?! lol that made me wonder y is it that we think we have a better time when the oppsite sex is around us?

End Of Semester!

Wow my first semester coming to an end! Seriously it has flown. I feel more independent as I walk through the city after uni, dark the moon shining…well when it can be seen! The Christmas lights twinkling and people just rushing pass to get home to watch Neighbours! Lol I am one of those people!!
Its funny how things turn out the first few weeks of uni I was in two minds whether I had the right thing of going but now I cant see myself not going to uni im loving it!But I have got to say I have to stop putting things last minute its just not me I panic like crazy to finish an essay or prepare for a tutorials!

Sheesha Craze
I feel I need to write about sheesha since dats all I’ve been doing lately…well I can remember my first time when I actually tried it…in Dubai at the safari barbeque. After inhaling a bit I felt right rebellious pretended it was my first cigarette! A bit dramatic reaction but I guess its accepted after all I was only 15! Anyways near my university there are several sheesha cafes and whenever we have few hours free me n my mates go down to ‘relax’ so the other day I was setting off to meat on of my friends when another friend approached me to inquire where I was going. When I told her im off to rendezvous (da sheesha place) she shook her head and had this disapproved look on her face n she goes to me ‘Tut tut seriously hun sheesha isn’t good for you and top of that its not very lady like’ I meekly reply ‘but its just flavouring its harmless’ n she goes ‘no it harms you I’ve read upon it’ I kinda just gave her this bewildered look and tried to make my exit…wasn’t in da mood to listen to something to damper my fun…so anyways I have question is it harmful?

So its been a month since I have started uni…its funny how so much can happen in a short time… …but the thing that is nagging me is can I stick it???’ before I go into dat let me just start from the beginning…. its been the first time I have ventured into something alone without my high school mates. Just entering the doors into uni knowing that I have to make an effort to meet new people was so daunting… already I have made few good friends allhumdulillah…but the thing no matter how nice these ‘new’ mates are I still find it bit awkward being with them…I just don’t get that. It’s funny how much I miss my ‘old’ mates even though I see them at least twice a week! Anyways this feeling of sticking it keeps coming to…have I done the right thing going to uni? I know deep down I wouldn’t be happy just staying at home I’ve always been into education and getting into law…but why am I feeling like this? A confusing entry I know am just so confused

Wow it’s the 27th night today…. night of lylatul kadar…its just hit me dat Ramadan has flown past…it seems like it was just yesterday I was setting my alarm for sahur…I have realised I haven’t spend Ramadan as best as I could…praying taravi and bit of the quran isn’t enough…I should have spent the month more effectively but like most things why do you realise at the end?? These last 10 days should be the most precious moments yet most of us are concerned about is whether if the house is going to be cleaned for eid, what we are going to wear for Eid! Hmmm

Hmm…...I have been reading other peoples blogs for time. I finally got the nerve to create my own. I kept thinking would anyone be interested with my ins and outs of my life?
